Open Boundaries

On February 27, 2020, the Winnipeg Youth Soccer Association’s (WYSA) board of directors and clubs voted to remove the player registration boundaries governing the Developmental and Premier divisions in Winnipeg. This allows players access to more playing options to suit their individual development.

St Charles Soccer Association fully supports the open boundaries model and believes that it will help our club in the future and aid in the growth of our sport.

Our club has been going through many changes that have allowed us to be in a good position for a great soccer experience as this change happens. We have one of the best technical directors, Raff Cantafio, leading our program for the development of our players and building successful teams within our club. We trust that our partnership with our families continues for many years to come.

From an operations side we have focused on fiscal accountability which places us in a financially strong position. Our goal is to continue to improve our communication, programs, and services which we feel will facilitate a positive soccer experience for our families.

You may have questions about the development of your child and our club, I ask that you be patient as we learn our direction moving forward into the future. Rest assured we will share information as it becomes available.
